· On booking full rental fee is required to hold the venue.
· Day rates do not include overnight parking or camping, however, if multiple days are booked, campers are allowed between days if listed on the contract.
· If you would like to have your keys a day early and have a few of your group in attendance to decorate and prepare the hall, an additional day can be added to weekend rental.
· Weekend bookings include ability to park campers or pitch tents in designated areas. There is no access to power or water for campers. Campers may arrive at 3pm the day prior to the booking and should be removed by approximately 3pm at the last day of the rental.
· If cancelled more than 90 days in advance, a full refund will be given.
