· On booking, full rental fee is required to hold the venue.
· If you would like to have your keys a day early and have a few of your group in attendance to decorate and prepare the hall, an additional day can be added to weekend rental.
· Weekend bookings include ability to park campers or pitch tents in designated areas. There is no access to power or water for campers. Campers may arrive at 3pm the day of the booking and should be removed by approximately 3pm at the last day of the rental.

· If cancelled more than 90 days in advance, a full refund will be given.
